1. If you think it would be helpful, summarize your creative issue and / or attach a related graphic in your email. Here is a sample summary:
"Two equally promising concepts are being considered for our ad campaign. Their tone, however, is entirely different. While one is very sophisticated and cool, the other is quite humorous in a classy sort of way. Not wanting to make the final decision based soley on a few opinions from colleagues and friends we're stumped. I've come to realize that the challenge has become one of determining the right criterion upon which a sound judgement can be made. For your better understanding of the situation, I have sent non-returnable copies of the concepts. They should arrive before our meeting."
2. Via your email, along with your summary, send two possible dates and times that you would like to consult. Be sure to include your name, billing address and phone number. In return, Andy will make every effort to confirm one of your suggested dates.
3. On the agreed date at the appointmented time, he will call the telephone number you have provided to begin your consultation.

4. The cost is $100 for the first 30 minutes and $80 for each additional 30 minutes. The total amount will be calculated and billed at the end of your session. Per an agreement approved by you, payment is expected within 30 days.
